Sustainability policy

With the aim of defining the Group’s commitment in this area, in August 2017 the Board of Directors approved the new Group Sustainability Policy, to complement the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct adopted previously.

The Policy, in line with the principal international standards and declarations, is sub-divided into five areas held to be priorities: measures to tackle bribery and corruption, human rights, diversity and equal opportunities, environmental issues and responsible investing with the objective of driving improvement in the Group’s conduct in all these areas, to ensure that sustainability is an integral part of the strategy and operation of its business.
